Quiet professional female looking for a like-minded person to share a large, furnished, inner city home. Tenant will have their own furnished, bathroom and bedroom with a large closet, several dressers, lamps, mirror, bedding and pillows. This a walkout basement bedroom.
The house has three living rooms, open concept kitchen, backyard with BBQ, great neighbors and a small exercise area downstairs. The property is non-smoking and is 1 block from Shagannappi C-train stop, close to Westbrooke mall, the golf course, the river & the bike trails.
Street parking is available (on a quiet/safe street). Extra, long term storage is available (inquire for more details/costs). Internet, Netflix and Prime TV are included in the cost. Utilities range from $100-$250/month depending on time of year and usage.
I travel a lot for work and work from home (making confidential calls), so I am looking for someone responsible with a compatible schedule. Preference will be given to the applicant who is a:
-quiet professional that works away from home, on site or in an office during the weekdays
-dog lover & is familiar with dogs (I have a small dog living with us. No other pets are allowed)
SENIORS STUDENTS MAY APPLY if you have a compatible schedule (i.e. are away during weekdays and not up late)
NO couples, children, individuals that work from home or workers who have night shifts or are home late.
References will be requested and a background check will be required upon signing the agreement.
